Homemade Bug Spray

Sprains & Strains

Arnica first one to think of, bruises, swelling, soreness. Injuries from overexertion.

Rhus-tox-with stiffness which feels better moving, stretching or flexing. Injuries to muscles or tendons after overexertion. Restlessness. Better warm applications worse cold

Ruta grav– flexor tendons, joints, cartilage and periosteum, injuries to ankles and wrists, bruised, sore, aching feeling with restlessness. Intense pain, weariness and heaviness in tendons.

Poison Oak

Rhus tox water filled blisters. Terrible itching. Extreme restlessness, can’t get comfortable. Allergic skin eruptions along with joint stiffness. Worse cold baths, scratching better hot showers.

Anacardium very itchy rash which feels better from very hot water. Blistering eruptions esp. on the face, hands and fingers. Yellow discharge oozes from the blisters and crusts over. Itching is worse from scratching.

Florasone

Stomach Issues

Arsenicum album vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. Burning pains. May feel restless, anxious or chilly. First remedy to think of in food poisoning.

Nux vomica from overindulgence of food or drink. Craves spicy food but worse. Acid reflux.
